Protecting your personal data is important to us. This page explains how Climaservice s.r.o. handles personal data when operating this website and communicating with customers. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

Principles we follow
- We only process data that we need for a specific purpose.
- We only keep data for as long as necessary or as required by law.
- We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.
- Enquiries from the contact form are not stored in the website database – they are sent directly to our mailbox.
- We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) with your consent, and we do not use advertising cookies.
What data we process
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide: your name, phone number, email address, location, the type of service required, a product if applicable, and the content of your message. If a contract is concluded, we also process the data needed to perform it and to issue invoices, such as the installation address.

Data security
The website is available over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right:
- to access the personal data we process about you,
- to have incorrect or incomplete data rectified,
- to have your data erased if it is no longer needed or if its processing is unlawful,
- to restrict processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent – withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
You can exercise your rights by email at obchod@climaservice.sk or in writing at our registered office. We will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
